UPS has announced a temporary Surge Fee that will apply to U.S. export shipments to all destinations (except Israel).

UPS notes that Surge Fees are subject to change, and UPS demand/surge fees apply in addition to all other applicable charges. Shippers should monitor invoice activity closely throughout the effective period to understand the full cost impact.
