At our Emerald Isle headquarters, there’s an outdoor recreation area – complete with cornhole boards, the perfect beach game. TransImpact bicycles are available to enjoy the bike paths during lunch or breaks. We also offer employees reimbursement for their gym membership.
TransImpact offers a comprehensive benefits package to every eligible employee, with 85% of employee premiums paid for medical insurance. We also pay 35% of dependent premiums. Our company also provides a no cost $25,000 life and AD&D policy. We offer Principal ancillary products to include STD, LTD, and other insurance options.
