    UPS has released its 2026–27 peak demand surcharges. The flat Ground fee rose 25 percent, and the Air fee rose 22 percent. Meanwhile, additional handling rose 10.2 percent, the Large Package Surcharge 9.8 percent, and Over Maximum Limits are up 9.3 percent.
