UPS has recently announced the implementation of several new fees and an increase to fuel percentages on some services. Here is a list:

Fuel Surcharges: Effective March 10, 2025

• Fuel surcharge percentages will increase by .5% for Domestic Air and Domestic Ground/SurePost.
• Domestic Ground/SurePost Fuel Surcharges will now apply to weekly scheduled pickup fees.

Other Fees: Effective March 31, 2025

• Print Invoice Fee: $5 per invoice copy
• Check Fee and Wire Fee: $25 per payment (does not apply to ACH payments)
• Late payment fee to increase from 8% to 9.9%

Credit Card Fees: Effective May 18, 2025

• Payment Processing Fee: a fee of 2% of all other invoice charges added
• Credit Card Surcharge: no longer applicable
