TransImpact, LLC (“TransImpact“) is holding a raffle to generate additional business interactions between TransImpact and potential clients and referral sources.
The Prize: The prize is as follows: two general admission tickets to a PGA regular tournament to be determined by TransImpact. Travel, accommodations, and expenses are not included.
How to Enter: Eligible persons may enter by either (1) scheduling an individualized demonstration of TransImpact’s service offerings, or (2) providing TransImpact with company-specific credentials that would enable TransImpact to perform an analysis regarding potential savings that TransImpact could generate for the entrant’s employer via its Parcel Contract Negotiation/Parcel Spend Intelligence or Avercast Proof of Concept. Eligible persons may enter by using the QR code signup or call-to-action on marketing materials for electronic sign-up or by contacting a salesperson directly and expressing interest in the raffle when setting a meeting. There is no maximum number of raffle entrants. All entries will be submitted for the drawing.
Drawing. The drawing will be held on July 19, 2024. The drawing will not be open to the public. The winner will be drawn at random, and the winners do not need to be present to win. Each entrant may only win one (1) Prize. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone by July 30, 2024.
Eligibility: Raffle entrants must be 18 years of age or older and not be disqualified from winning under these rules and any applicable laws and regulations. TransImpact board members and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the raffle.
Taxes: All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner must complete a Prize claim form and pay the applicable federal income tax (currently 28% of fair market value, but subject to change by the IRS) before receipt of the subject Prize.
Limit on Liability: As a condition of accepting a Prize, the winner acknowledges that TransImpact is not responsible for any costs, taxes, fees, upgrades, harm, injury, or damage caused to any person or property, proximate or otherwise, through the use of the subject Prize by any person, and agrees to save and hold harmless TransImpact, its members and employees from any claim of such responsibility at any time after taking possession of the subject Prize.
General: Each Prize is provided in as-is condition, and no warranty is provided except for the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. No cash prize will be given in lieu of any of the above-described Prizes. Odds of winning are based on the total number of raffle entrants. By participating in this raffle, the participants agree to be bound by these official rules. This raffle is subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina and void where prohibited by law. TransImpact may use each winner’s name, image, and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. TransImpact reserves the right to modify these rules as may be required by law or otherwise in the best interest of TransImpact.
