CEO Letter: Our Acquisition of Vizion360

I’m writing today to share some exciting news for our clients, our partners and our industry. Transportation Impact has acquired the business intelligence platform, Vizion360, to further our vision of providing shippers with the best possible resources, tools and business intelligence to ship smarter and spend less.

The integration of our two companies will enable us to develop the industry’s first end-to-end supply chain technology platform. We pioneered small parcel negotiation over a decade ago and now our customers will benefit from that same strategic mindset combined with best-in-class supply chain technology.

We made this acquisition because we know that considering just the delivery component of the supply chain is not enough in today’s dynamic environment. Technology that allows companies to optimize their supply chain network, model modal shifts, and determine inventory level change implications, provides vital tools clients need today. This is the type of end-to-end platform that our combined companies will bring to the market.
