Transportation Impact is thrilled to announce the company has been named among the 101 National Top Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation (Winter 2020) by the National Association for Business Resources. It is the third time the Emerald Isle–based parcel and freight spend-management firm has been honored with the award, which the company last received in Summer 2020.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

The award is based on employee surveys, and the 2020 Winter National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For winners are not ranked. The National Top 101 highest-scoring winners and the Elite Best of the Best winners are companies have demonstrated exceptional innovative human resource practices, setting high standards for all businesses.
