Diversity + Inclusion in Tech Summit featuring TransImpact’s Director of Human Resources, Kimberly Ladenthin

Diversity, equity and inclusion need to be a part of the technology culture, at our organizations and in our communities. The upcoming Diversity + Inclusion in Tech Summit, presented by NC TECH and Fidelity Investments, leaders will explore what we can do to help.

TransImpact’s Director of Human Resources, Kimberly Ladenthin, will be featured as a speaker. According to Kimberly, “Diversity within companies is something that is not only required, but institutionally creates a better work environment. And ultimately, that means a better company. As our company has grown, the ability to create a more diverse team has increased as well. The most difficult part is where to begin to create not only the environment, but also the institutional framework that our company requires to be one of the top places to work in our industry.”
