Diversity, equity and inclusion need to be a part of the technology culture, at our organizations and in our communities. The upcoming Diversity + Inclusion in Tech Summit, presented by NC TECH and Fidelity Investments, leaders will explore what we can do to help.

As our company has grown, the ability to create a more diverse team has increased as well.
