Chris Jolly is the founder of CJolly Freight Consulting and the host of Coffee w/#TheFreightCoach podcast. Chris has over 14 years of experience in transportation with the bulk of his experience in freight brokerage. His experience within freight brokerage includes operations, sales, and leadership ranging from start-ups to one of the largest brokerages in the transportation industry. His passion is training and development of sales and operations professionals in the brokerage business. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin- Stout in Menomonie, WI, and holds an associate in Management from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI.
Sharla J. Maston-Jones
Executive Director Managed Freight Sales and Client Success
Sharla’s 24+ years in the industry give her extensive knowledge of the 5 pillars of the supply chain. Sharla’s key responsibility at TransImpact is to develop and maintain successful business relationships, as well as recruit, train, and supervise the company’s Managed Logistics business development and client success staff. She is also responsible for creating business strategies that ensure the overall growth of the company. Sharla leads the TransImpact team to meet and exceed demanding sales targets while creating strong and long-lasting customer relationships. To achieve this, Sharla uses her finely honed interpersonal and communications skills to motivate and lead these dynamic teams. Sharla J. Maston-Jones has a Marketing degree from Northeastern State University and a Master’s of Business from University of Phoenix. Sharla is a member of CSCMP and numerous Chambers of Commerce.

Jamie Vogel is the host of Let’s Talk Ship. She was named Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at TransImpact in 2019 after serving as Director of Sales. Earlier in her career she held directorial sales positions at a large real estate firm in North Carolina, Choice Hotels, and Brittain Resort Management, where she led teams to increase sales conversion by over 15%.
Vogel gained additional experience in consulting and client advocacy work with NAVIS technologies, where she held the largest book of business on her team, helping multimillion-dollar resorts and vacation rental firms increase revenue and better manage their marketing spend through analytics. Vogel is a past President of the Emerald Isle Business Association and has served as a board member of the Carteret County Tourism Development Authority.
