As Chief Financial Officer at TransImpact I am building a high-quality, efficient, and professional finance function with the ability to be nimble in response to this fast-changing industry.
Having grown up in a farming community, I understand that actions matter and relationships matter more, and TransImpact’s combination of high tech and high touch is the path into the future.
Prior to joining TransImpact as CFO in February 2020, I was CFO for International Farming Corporation, where I led a global team across finance, investor reporting, treasury, human relations, and legal, and also represented the firm on the boards of the various operating entities. Before that I was VP of Finance at Credit Suisse, leading a global team in the asset management and private banking sector. Early in my career I managed financial statement and compliance audit engagements as a Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche.
I received a bachelor’s in Business Administration and master’s in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I am a licensed CPA in North Carolina.
My wife, Mary Ann, and I have been married over 25 years and have four boys. I enjoy time on the water with my family, mentoring youth and teens, and volunteering frequently with the church and the local boy scouts. I am a huge supporter of the mission of the Boys and Girls Club. I am also a Tarheels and Boston Red Sox fan.
