This vertically integrated systems integrator and electronics contract manufacturer with four major manufacturing sites and six facilities works with clients from ideation to realization.
The customer was experiencing growing pains in the business and kept hitting a wall. Trying to grow beyond this wall was too difficult to do alone, as the company’s team were running out of bandwidth. Frustration was running high and the CEO knew he had to do something different. They came to us seeking assistance with successfully moving into and through the next growth stage of the business.
Together with the customer, we set up a roadmap for a phased approach, strategically choosing which areas to tackle first. These phases included solutions that provided immediate insights on:
