In our first engagement with this pharmaceutical distributor offering guaranteed next-day delivery, we achieved $1.1 million in savings on parcel spend for the company. The company subsequently experienced strong growth and significant increase in its Air volume, and the CEO tasked the Director of Operations with renegotiating the parcel agreement, since they now knew the process. They achieved a $200,000 improvement. In early 2020, we executed an analysis and identified $1M in savings, primarily through improvements to Air discounts. The company re-engaged with us, and we achieved $1.2M in savings.
