Cost Reduction Realized Post-Engagement
In our first engagement with this luxury jewelry designer, we achieved $1.4M in annual savings on parcel shipping for the company. Six months prior to the end of their first agreement with us, we learned from the CFO that their operations team had engaged with UPS (the non-incumbent carrier) to solicit an offer and were close to moving the business without our involvement. The CFO told them to pause, and after analyzing the offer we showed a $400k dissavings, as UPS had not addressed any multiweight improvements. We were able to extend our agreement and negotiated a $710k annual improvement in parcel spend with FedEx.
