**OnTrac has announced a 5.7% General Rate Increase and increases to several surcharges, effective January 1, 2025.**

Below is a breakdown of the surcharge increases, as well as a cost comparison between **OnTrac, UPS SurePost, FedEx Ground Economy, and USPS Ground Advantage** for similar packages.

Note that presently, OnTrac offers rate locks and special incentives for all of 2025.

**Some noteworthy comparisons include:**

- OnTrac rates are equivalent to UPS SurePost for Zones 2 to 8 at weights 1 to 10 lbs.
- UPS SurePost vs. FedEx Ground Economy rates for Zones 2 to 8 at weights from 1 to 10 lbs. vary by an average of only $0.06.
- USPS Ground Advantage offers an advantage for low zone and weight packages compared to UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac.
